Welcome to the 28 Day Challenge!

I am so happy to have you on board with this free online challenge. First, I have to thank you for your generous donation. You are helping those in need during the holiday season. Whether a dime, ten dollars or more, your contribution goes a long way.

Now, let’s delve into the next 28 Days; your next battle with me as your ally. Everyone in the challenge is going to be placed in a Facebook group for accountability. You can discuss hardships, tell us about your wins, and anything in between.

Each day will include a live workout for you to follow (whether you follow it then or later). I will track your macros to make nutrition recommendations through myfitnesspal. There will be tips on how to find a healthy mindset. And, one of everyone’s favorites: giveaways!

Anyone who finishes the program is entered to win

  • one month with me as your transformation coach

  • one hour of personal training (virtual training if not local)

  • three people receive Chief Battle gear

  • two people win Hour of Power: a video session where you can ask any questions

In order for you to be successful, I have four tips:

  • Be an Action Taker

    Don’t put off those goals any longer. The answer to everything is ‘yes, I can.’ The 28 Day Challenge makes it easy. I tell you what to do, you implement it. Do the work and you WILL be successful.

  • Commit to Yourself

    Take time for yourself every day. It won’t just give you the opportunity to prepare healthy meals and workout, but it helps you relieve stress as well. Whether you work long hours or have kids at home, put yourself first. You can’t help others if you don’t help yourself first.

  • Grab healthy food BEFORE you start.

    If you wait until the last minute, you are already starting out with the unhealthy meals until you grocery shop. Have your food on hand. Fail to prepare…prepare to fail.

  • Buy a journal. Each day you can take notes on the workouts. When there are live teachings, take notes on what speaks to you. A transformation journal doesn’t just keep track of your changes. It lets you keep tangible tips on what to change. It lets you see how far you came.
